Location: Troy, MI

$17-18/hour (based on experience)

Sales Manager needed for Korean automotive supplier of fasteners.

Job Responsibilities

Quality Responsibilities

• Isolate Non-conforming Material- Incoming materials that failed receiving inspection

• Filing Paper Work- Inspection log sheets, pick lists and travelers

• Collect Samples- Each lot

• Inspect Materials- 5 Pieces per lot

• Layered Audit- For management to conduct company's operation

• Discard Inspected Materials- After 12 weeks

• Control PPAP or PTR Materials- For easy access when pre-trial run material is needed

• Take Pictures- Quality issues, GM1738 packaging approval and data form

• Repack- As needed because TMC packed into wrong SPQ

• eep track of recalibration expiration date and sorting.

• Contact vendor for finished quality issue

Shipping Responsibilities

• Shipping Audit- Materials being shipped, all customers

• Daily Shipping Audit Report Summary

• Receiving and Shipping- As needed during fellow associates lunch

Sorting Responsibilities

• Visual Sorting and Drill Reworking- Saltillo/Part nummber 06508247A

• Other Visual Sorting as Needed- Issue materials

• Daily sorting report (living document)

Receiving Responsibilities

• Receiving- Unload trucks

• Separate Materials- Crates with multiple lots or part numbers

• Assist Warehouse Supervision- Receiving and sorting material issue

• Separate Materials- Crates with multiple lots or part numbers

MANDATORY 2-5 years of automotive quality inspection experience.
