Could you be our next Senior Development Manager?

As a Senior Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, seeking out and acquiring prime properties to develop into new McDonald's restaurants. By joining our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and rewarded. What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?

  • Utilising your industry connections, expertise, and innovative approaches to identify potential sites

  • Conducting comprehensive research and feasibility studies to assess each site's suitability

  • Presenting detailed analyses and recommendations to leadership to guide decision-making

  • Managing the end-to-end property acquisition process, from negotiation to possession

  • Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success

  • Providing valuable insights on market trends and pricing dynamics

Qualifications:

Your keys to success:

  • A degree in Real Estate Development or a related field

  • At least 7 years of experience in retail development, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects

  • A strategic mindset with a proactive approach to seeking opportunities

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

  • Clear and concise communication skills to convey complex information effectively

  • Expertise in feasibility studies, due diligence, and the development application process

  • An understanding of environmental and workplace health and safety practices

  • A commitment to ethical conduct and adherence to company standards
