What you'll do

You will become part of a cross functional scrum team according to the LEAN development model with agile software engineering methods. According to the tasks you have to fulfill you will be trained internally and you will be supported by a personal mentor.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Contribute to test / test automation

• Contribute to implementation of product features

• Contribute to maintenance of product features

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) - preferred field(s) of study: Computers Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences or related fields

• Computer skills: Programming skills in one or more programming languages e.g. Java, JavaScript

• Language skills: Sound English and German skills - verbal and written

• Soft skills: Ability to work in a team, but also being able to work self sufficient

• Others: Good communication skills

The consumer industry is one of the industries which affect most peoples lives. Digitalization and digital transformation are the biggest challenges this industry is facing today. As development unit in the Consumer Industries organization, we are focusing to innovate, adapt and enhance functionalities in several Retail processes. This means we can both maintain our market position with our existing solutions and open up new business areas by expanding our solution portfolio by incubating new cloud applications.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
